How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future!

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, NexGen Dermaceuticals is committed to ethical practices. We do not test our products on animals.
How do I know if a product is right for my skin type?
We formulate our products to be safe and effective, but everyone’s skin is unique. We highly recommend doing a "patch test" before incorporating any new skincare product into your routine. Apply a small amount to your inner wrist or jawline and wait 24 hours to ensure no irritation occurs.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products generally have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. Once opened, we recommend using the product within 6 to 12 months for maximum efficacy and freshness.
Are your products safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
While NexGen Dermaceuticals products are carefully formulated with high-quality ingredients, everyone's skin is entirely unique. Because individual sensitivities, allergies, and breakout triggers vary greatly from person to person, we cannot guarantee how your specific skin will react. We maintain full transparency with our ingredient lists, so please review them carefully for any known personal allergens (including our fragrance profiles).
Returns & Safety
What is your return policy?
Due to strict hygiene standards, we only accept returns on unused, unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately for a replacement.
What should I do if I experience an adverse reaction?
Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you experience a serious reaction to any of our products, please discontinue use immediately and fill out our Product Experience Report page so we can properly assist you and log the event.
